Abstract: In this paper, a crankshaft dynamics model of an engine is established through the AVL Excite Power Unit. The influence of the straight oil channel of the spindle neck on the oil supply to the large connecting rod is studied. The pressure, flow rate and oil filling conditions at the inlet and outlet of the crankshaft oil channel are analyzed. The calculation results show that the direct oil passage of the spindle neck has little influence on the oil flow on the two sides of the spindle bush, but has great influence on the oil flow on the two sides of the big axle bush of the connecting rod, which provides a direction and theoretical support for how to reduce the engine oil outflow, and provides technical support for the selection of crankshaft oil channel scheme.

摘要: 通过 AVL Excite Power Unit 建立了某发动机的曲轴系动力学模型,研究主轴颈直油道 对连杆大头供油的影响,分析了曲轴油道进出口的压力、流量和机油填充情况等。计算结果 表明,主轴颈直油道对主轴瓦两侧的机油流量影响比较小,对连杆大头轴瓦两侧的机油流量 影响比较大,为如何减少发动机机油流出量提供了一个方向和理论支撑,为曲轴油道方案的 选择提供了技术支持。
