飞溅润滑仿真在电驱桥减速器开发中的应用实例

Abstract: As one of the most common lubrication methods, splash lubrication can protect gears and bearings, reduce gear friction and wear, prevent scuffing and pitting, and provide higher and better load-bearing capacity for gears and bearings. This paper introduces a splash lubrication simulation method applied to the development of electric-axle gearbox, and by simulating and analyzing the flow details of splash lubrication inside the gearbox, the internal flow state is obtained. At the same time, it is verified whether the oil flow rate at key positions meets the design requirements, whether the bearing gears are fully lubricated, and whether there is a risk of leakage in the casing. The simulation method introduces in this paper can provide certain engineering guidance for the lubrication design of gearbox.

摘要: 作为最常见的润滑方式之一,飞溅润滑可对齿轮和轴承起到保护作用,减少齿轮摩擦、 磨损,防止胶合、点蚀,使齿轮和轴承具有更高更好的承载能力。文章介绍了一种应用于电 驱桥减速器开发中的飞溅润滑仿真方法,通过对减速器箱体内飞溅润滑的流动细节进行仿真 分析,获得内部流动状态。同时验证关键位置的油液流量是否满足设计要求,验证轴承齿轮 是否得到充分润滑,验证壳体是否存在泄露风险等。文章所介绍的仿真方法可以为齿轮箱的 润滑设计提供一定的工程指导。
