汽车装配生产线电动伺服螺纹拧紧设备发展现状

Abstract: China's auto sales have been ranked first in the world for 14 consecutive years, threaded connection is the main connection form between auto parts, screw tightening equipment market demand is huge. At present, the tightening equipment on the domestic automobile production line mainly relies on imports, and the cost is high, which has become a problem. Therefore, this paper discusses the key technology of electric servo screw tightening equipment in automobile production line: compare the control strategy of alternating current permanent magnet servo synchronous motor. The decelerating mechanism scheme of tightening equipment is discussed. Different torque detection schemes are compared. Finally, the characteristics of existing electric servo screw tightening equipment at home and abroad are analyzed. Through the research and analysis of the key technology of electric servo screw tightening equipment, the advantages and disadvantages of different technical solutions and development trend of electric servo screw tightening equipment are pointed out, which provides ideas for the research and development of domestic electric servo screw tightening equipment.

摘要: 中国汽车销量已经连续 14 年居世界第一,螺纹连接为汽车零部件之间的主要连接形式, 螺纹拧紧设备市场需求巨大。目前国内汽车生产线上的拧紧设备主要依靠进口,造价高,已 经成为卡脖子问题。为此文章针对汽车生产线的电动伺服螺纹拧紧设备的关键技术展开论述: 对比了交流永磁伺服同步电机的控制策略;论述了拧紧设备的减速机构方案;对比了不同的 扭矩检测方案;最后分析了国内外现有的电动伺服螺纹拧紧设备的特点。通过对电动伺服螺 纹拧紧设备关键技术的研究分析,指出了现阶段电动伺服拧紧设备上不同技术方案的优缺点 及发展趋势,为国内电动伺服螺纹拧紧设备的研究与开发提供了思路。
