Abstract: Numerical parametric inverse analysis method is used to obtain the GISSMO damage failure parameters of cast aluminum alloy CXXX. From the quasi-static uniaxial tensile test, the stress-strain curve of the CXXX material is obtained and the hardening curve is extrapolated by using the SHS criterion. Then the quasi-static tests under six different stress states, namely, shear, uniaxial tensile, center hole, notch, three-point bending, and cupping, are carried out, and the numerical inverse of the simulation combined with the test in LS-OPT is used to obtain the GISSMO failure parameters. From the test, it can be seen that the cast aluminum alloy CXXX performance is not the same as steel and other ductile materials, the most notable feature is that the cast aluminum material in the necking before fracture failure, which makes the casting material CXXX GISSMO material failure develop- ment more concise and convenient. The cast aluminum alloy CXXX material failure development method can provide a reference for similar cast aluminum material engineering applications.

摘要: 采用数值参数反分析方法得到铸造铝合金 CXXX 的 GISSMO 损伤失效参数。由准静态 单轴拉伸试验,得到 CXXX 材料的应力应变曲线,并采用 SHS 准则对硬化曲线进行外推。然 后开展剪切、单轴拉伸、中心孔、缺口、三点弯曲、杯突六种不同应力状态下的准静态试验, 并采用 LS-OPT 中仿真结合试验的数值反求得到 GISSMO 失效参数。由试验可知,铸造铝合 金 CXXX 表现与钢材等延性材料不一样,最显著的特点就是铸铝材料在颈缩前断裂失效,这 使铸造材料 CXXX 的 GISSMO 材料失效开发更简洁方便。铸造铝合金 CXXX 材料失效开发 方法可为相近的铸铝材料工程应用提供参考。
