Abstract: Car door is one of the most frequently used closures in vehicle, and its opening and closing life is an important evaluation index of vehicle quality. In order to simulate the actual door service life during customer's opening and closing at the project stage, host plants generally use door slamming durability test bench for testing. This paper takes a certain vehicle as an example to analyze and study the the welding spot cracking of the rear door arrester strengthening panel in the door slamming durability test from two aspects. Firstly use Abaqus to calculate the durability life of cracking welding spot and verify the effectiveness of local gluing measure; Secondly control and adjust the welding process and part quality based on the metallographic section of the problem part. In the end the cracking problem of door arrester strengthening panel of the vehicle is solved, which provides valuable experience for the analysis and research of such problems in the future.

摘要: 车门是整车中使用频率最高的开闭件之一,其开闭寿命是汽车质量的重要评价指标。 为在项目阶段模拟客户开关车门的实际使用寿命,主机厂一般采用门碰耐久实验台架进行检 测。文章以某车型为例,针对其在门碰耐久实验中后门限位器加强钣焊点开裂问题从两方面 着手展开分析研究。其一,应用 Abaqus 软件对开裂焊点进行疲劳寿命计算并验证局部加胶措 施的有效性;其二,结合问题零件的截面金相图对焊接工艺及零件质量进行控制调整。最终 解决了该车型限位器加强钣开裂问题,为将来此类问题的分析研究提供了宝贵经验。
