Abstract: In this paper, the issue of excessive closing force in a certain vehicle's side door is studied. Firstly, the factors influencing the door closing force are visualized using a fishbone diagram. The main influencing factors are experimentally validated to determine their contributions, identifying seal resistance and aerodynamic drag as the primary factors. Measures are formulated for these two factors, including adding exhaust vents and reducing compression load on the body-side and door- side seals, as well as increasing the area of the side panel's rear pressure relief port. Finally, after implementing these improvement measures, the door closing force successfully meets the improve- ment target, meanwhile a body measurement monitoring plan is established to focus on monitoring key characteristics and ensure the sustainability of the improvement effect.

摘要: 文章对某车型侧门关闭力大的问题进行了研究,首先将影响侧门关闭力的因素绘制成 鱼骨图,对主要影响因素进行试验验证,并获得各因素的贡献量,确定主要影响因素为密封 胶条阻力和气阻效应。然后针对这两个影响因素制定措施,包括增加车身侧密封条、侧门侧 密封条排气孔并降低压缩载,以及增加侧围后端泄压口的面积。最后当改善措施导入后,侧 门关闭力达到了改善目标,同时制定了车身测量监控计划,重点监控关键特性,以确保改善 效果的持续性。
