Oil Compatibility Evaluation Method of Insulation System for Driving Motor of New Energy Vehicle Drive Motor

新能源汽车驱动电机绝缘系统油品 兼容性评价方法

Abstract: At present, one of the hot spots of new energy vehicle drive motor research is oil-cooled motor, the transmission oil in the oil-cooled motor is in direct contact with the motor, so the insulating material of the motor is required to have excellent electrical and thermal properties, as well as better oil compatibility. This paper investigates the current mainstream oil compatibility evaluation methods in the industry and the main influencing factors of oil compatibility assessment, and analyzed the evaluation methods, and selected two methods to carry out oil compatibility test on insulating paper, through the initial test of insulating paper and oil compatibility test after tensile strength, elongation at break, breakdown voltage and partial discharge and other performance tests, analyzed the impact of different evaluation methods on the performance of insulating paper to infer the key acceleration factors for oil compatibility evaluation.

摘要: 目前新能源汽车驱动电机研究的热点之一为油冷电机,由于油冷电机中变速箱油与电 机直接接触,因此,要求电机绝缘材料要有优良的电学性能、热学性能外,还需要有较好的 油品兼容性。文章调研了目前行业内主流的油品兼容性评定方法以及油品兼容性评定的主要 影响因素,并对其评定方法及影响因素进行分析,选取其中两种方法对绝缘纸进行油品兼容 性试验,通过对绝缘纸初始以及油品兼容性试验后拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及击穿电压等性 能测试,分析不同评定方法对绝缘纸性能的影响,推断油品兼容性评定的关键加速因子。
