Abstract: With the rapid development of new energy vehicle, high-pressure safety has received great attention, how to do high voltage electricity not exposed and ensure the safe driving of vehicle is very important. In view of the high voltage safety, the paper mainly introduces the high voltage interlock, which is the protection measure of the high voltage interlock. The design lines of the high voltage interlock are basically the same in different types of vehicles, the control signal is different. Taking BYD Qin EV as an example, analyzing the transmission of high-voltage mutual lock lines and controlling signals, and the fault mechanism and troubleshooting method of high-voltage interlock are further analyzed. It can be used for reference to understand the fault analysis of high voltage interlock and high voltage interlock.

摘要: 随着新能源汽车的快速发展,高压安全性受到了极大的关注,如何做到高压电不外露 并保证汽车的安全行驶至关重要。针对高压安全,文章主要讲述高压安全保护措施——高压 互锁,其在不同车型的高压互锁设计线路基本相同,而控制信号有所差别。以比亚迪秦 EV 为例,分析高压互锁线路、控制信号的传输,进一步分析了高压互锁故障机理和排故方法。 文章对理解高压互锁原理和高压互锁的故障分析有一定的借鉴意义。
