基于国际认证标准的新能源汽车检测 人才培养模式

Abstract: The shortage of technical detection talents for new energy vehicles has become an important factor restricting the new energy vehicle industry in China, the training of technical detection talents for new energy vehicles has not yet formed a mature one. Learning from the qualification certification of employees in high-voltage system of new energy vehicles proposed and implemented by Germany has become a mainstream of training talents for new energy vehicles in many higher vocational colleges in China. This project takes Germany international automobile qualification certification as a reference and combines the current conditions of new energy vehicle talents training in our school. It expounds some explorations and practices of new energy vehicle talents training in our school from the dimensions of talent training curriculum system teaching and teaching, hoping to provide reference and thinking for automobile talents training in other colleges and universities.

摘要: 新能源汽车技术检测人才的短缺已经成为制约新能源汽车产业发展的重要因素。国内 针对新能源汽车技术检测人才的培养还没有形成成熟的模式,学习借鉴德国提出并实施的新 能源汽车高压系统从业人员资质认证标准,已经成为国内不少高职院校新能源汽车人才培养 的一种主流模式。本项目以德国国际汽车资质认证标准为参照,结合本校新能源汽车人才培 养的现状条件,分别从人才培养、课程体系、教学模式以及教学方式等维度阐述了本校新能 源汽车人才培养的一些探索和做法,能够为其他院校汽车专业的人才培养提供借鉴和思考。
