Application of AlSi10MnMg in Vehicle Body Lightweight

AlSi10MnMg 在汽车车身轻量化中的应用

Abstract: Vehicle body lightweight technology is currently the most core and critical lightweight path solutions, including structural lightweight, material lightweight, and process lightweight three categories of technologies. AlSi10MnMg aluminum alloy is an important applica- tion direction in material lightweight. Because it can obtain different ranges of mechanical properties and extremely excellent casting properties through different heat treatments, it has become the most common high-strength and tough die-casting alloy used in automotive structural parts. This article provides a detailed introduction to the AlSi10MnMg aluminum alloy material and its properties. The results show that the T5/T7 heat treatment states of the aluminum alloy are suitable for solid parts, such as solid mounting plates; The T7 state is suitable for thin-walled components, with the most typical components being the front shock absorber tower, rear shock absorber tower, and rear longitudinal beam. Finally, the design of the appearance, manufacturing process, and heat treatment system is carried out using the previous shock absorber tower as an example, which can provide reference for the design and development of front shock absorber towers for other vehicle models.

摘要: 汽车车身轻量化技术是目前最核心、最关键的轻量化路径方案,包括结构轻量化、材 料轻量化和工艺轻量化三大类技术,而 AlSi10MnMg 铝合金是材料轻量化中的重要应用方向, 由于其可以通过不同的热处理得到不同范围的机械性能和极为优异的铸造性能,成为了在汽 车结构件上使用最为普遍的高强韧压铸合金。文章详细介绍了 AlSi10MnMg 铝合金材料及其 性能,结果表明,该铝合金的 T5/T7 两种热处理状态,T5 态适用于实心件,如安装板;T7 态适用于薄壁件,最为典型的应用为前减震器塔、后减震器塔和后纵梁。最后以前减震器塔 为例进行了外形、制造工艺和热处理制度方面的设计,可为其他车型前减震器塔的设计开发 提供参考。
