Abstract: In order to solve the problem of automobile brake performance testing, this paper studies the testing mechanism of flat plate brake test bench. Using CarSim-Simulink co-simulation method, the simulation calculation model of flat plate brake test bench is established, and the accuracy of the model is verified by standard test. The model error is within ±5%, which can accurately reflect the change of front and rear axle braking force when different vehicles are braking. Based on the verified simulation model, the axle load transfer of the vehicle during braking is further studied. With the increase of the load, the maximum braking force and the maximum axle load transfer increase.

摘要: 针对汽车制动性能检测问题,对平板式制动检验台检测机理进行研究。利用 CarSimSimulink 联合仿真方法建立了平板式制动检验台仿真计算模型,通过对标试验验证了模型的 准确性,模型误差在±5%以内,能够准确反应不同车型制动时前、后轴制动力的变化。基于 验证后的仿真模型对汽车制动时的轴荷转移展开进一步的研究,随着载荷的增大,汽车最大 制动力与最大轴荷转移量增大。
