Abstract: In this paper, the fatigue performance of the front bumper of a light truck cab is studied by finite element analysis and test. Firstly, the finite element model of the front bumper is established, the strength calculation results are compared with the bench stress test results, and the finite element model is calibrated, which are the foundation for fatigue performance analysis. Secondly, the fatigue simulation analysis and fatigue test are carried out. The results are basically consistent, and both point to the existence of stress concentration in the original structure, and the fatigue performance cannot been meet the design and operating requirements. Finally, the original front bumper structure is optimized to remove the stress concentration area, and the fatigue performance of the optimized structure is simulated. Compared with the original scheme, the fatigue performance of the optimized scheme is greatly improved, and the final optimization scheme successfully passed the bench test and reliability road test, and is put into use. The combination of simulation and experiment provides a very effective means to study the fatigue performance of the front bumper of light trucks.

摘要: 文章使用有限元分析和试验相结合的方法对某款轻卡驾驶室前保险杠的疲劳性能展开 研究。首先,建立前保险杠的有限元模型,将强度计算结果和台架应力测试结果进行对比, 校准了有限元模型,为疲劳性能分析奠定了基础;其次,进行疲劳仿真分析和疲劳试验,两 者结果基本吻合,都指向原结构中存在应力集中,疲劳性能不能满足设计和使用要求;最后, 对原前保险杠结构进行优化设计,去除应力集中区域,并对优化的结构进行疲劳性能仿真, 相比原方案,优化方案的疲劳性能有了大幅的提升,最终优化方案顺利通过了台架试验和可 靠性道路试验,并投放使用。仿真和试验相结合的方法为开展轻卡前保险杠的疲劳性能研究 提供了非常有效的手段。
