Simulation and Optimization of Alignment Parameters of the Non-independent Rear Suspension Based on ADAMS

基于 ADAMS 的非独立后悬架定位参数 仿真与优化

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the unreasonable variation law of the front beam angle and the large variation range of the rear inclination angle of the main pin, this paper establishes the ADAMS/Car model of the non-independent rear suspension of a sport utility vehicle (SUV) by using ADAMS software. During the experiment, the dual wheels are implemented in the same direction to analyze the changing factors of the alignment parameters of the rear suspension. ADAMS/Insight module is used to optimize the hard point coordinates. Nine factors that have the greatest influence on the suspension parameters are selected as design variables (the front point coordinate values of the upper and lower control arms of the suspension and the external coordinate values of the lateral thrust rod), and 5 suspension parameters such as wheel front beam angle and kingpin rear angle are selected as optimization objectives. Sensitivity analysis is conducted on the design variables,and the optimiza- tion value of hard point coordinates is obtained. The performance of the optimized non-independent rear suspension is improved to a certain extent, and the product quality is further improved, which has a certain reference significance for the optimization design of non-independent rear suspension in engineering.

摘要: 为了解决前束角变化规律不合理,以及主销后倾角等变动范围较大的问题,文章应用 ADAMS 软件建立了某款运动型多用途汽车(SUV)的非独立后悬架 ADAMS/Car 模型,实验 过程中对双轮实施同向跳动,分析后悬架定位参数的变化因素。运用 ADAMS/Insight 模块进 行硬点坐标优化,设计变量选取 9 个对悬架参数影响最大的因子(悬架的上、下控制臂前点 坐标值和横向推力杆外端坐标值),优化目标选取车轮前束角、主销后倾角等 5 个悬架参数, 对设计变量进行灵敏度分析,得到硬点坐标优化值。优化后的非独立后悬架性能在一定程度 上得到改善,进一步提高了产品质量,在工程上对非独立后悬架的优化设计具有一定的参考 意义。
