变速箱执行系统的能耗分析

Abstract: This paper analyzes the energy consumption of different transmission actuating system concepts. The mathematical models are established for the energy consumption of four schemes: large displacement mechanical pump, small displacement mechanical pump+electronic pump, electronic motor+electronic pump, and double electronic pump. Taking the dual clutch transmission (DCT) as an example and based on the new European driving cycle (NEDC), the energy consumption of the four concepts are calculated. This article analysis the benefits of the different solutions, providing information on the selection of transmission actuating system solutions.

摘要: 文章针对变速箱执行系统不同方案的能耗进行研究分析,对大排量齿轮泵方案、小排 量齿轮泵+电子泵方案、电机+电子泵、双电子泵四种方案的能耗建立数学计算模型,以双离 合器变速箱(DCT)为例,并基于新欧洲驾驶周期(NEDC)循环,对四种方案的能耗进行了 计算分析,分析以上不同的执行系统方案给变速箱总成所能带来的益处,为后续的变速箱执 行系统的方案选择提供依据。
