动力电池直冷板漏率转化及测试方法

Abstract: This paper studies the conversion relationship between the liquid refrigerant leakage rate of the direct cooling plate of the power battery and the leak detection gas leakage rate. By studying the mechanism of the direct cooling plate leakage, a leakage conversion formula is proposed and compared with experimental data. The research results indicate that under the operating conditions of 2 MPa, 20 ℃, the helium detection value of the direct cooling plate is 1.504×10-5 Pa?m 3 /s according to the theoretical calculation formula proposed in this paper, the experimental leakage values are all in the order of 10-5 Pa?m 3 /s, which is very close to the theoretical calculation results, proving that this formula can effectively calculate the leakage rate of the direct cooling plate and can guide industrial applications.

摘要: 文章研究了动力电池直冷板制冷剂液态工质漏率到检漏气体气密检测漏率的转化关系, 通过对直冷板泄漏的机理研究,推导出漏率转化公式,并与试验数据进行了对比。研究结果 表明,直冷板在 2 MPa、20 ℃的使用工况下,根据提出的理论计算公式可知,氦气检测时的 泄漏值为 1.504×10-5 Pa?m 3 /s,试验直冷板的泄漏值在 10-5 Pa?m 3 /s 量级,与理论计算结果非常 接近,证明该公式能有效地计算直冷板漏率,可以指导工业应用。
