Abstract: In order to solve the process limitations brought by the fixed point assembly method of the traditional automobile chassis, based on the transformation of the old workshop, the accompanying assembly equipment is introduced to improve the flexibility of the production line and improve the personnel efficiency. Based on the concept of "0-FIS", the project team carried out transformation planning and technological innovation on the chassis assembly process of the final assembly on the premise of zero loss of production, and replaced the functions of transportation, lifting, and load transfer equipment in the process with a single set of accompanying assembly equipment, so as to simplify the production equipment, reduce the number of operators, and provide application experience for the automation transformation of the industry.

摘要: 为解决传统汽车底盘定点合装方式所带来的工艺局限,立足于老旧车间的改造,导入 随行合装设备提高产线作业柔性,提升人员效率。项目组基于“0-FIS”理念,在产量 0 损失 的前提下对总装的底盘合装工艺进行改造规划与工艺革新,以单套随行合装设备替代工序内 运输、升降、移载等设备的功能,实现简化生产设备,削减作业人员的效果,为行业的自动 化改造提供应用经验。
