副仪表板后翻扶手设计要求及有限元分析

Abstract: This paper introduces the design of the rear opening console armrest assembly, including the composition of the armrest assembly, the selection of materials, the design of the armrest skin, including the design requirements of the skin stiching, the positioning and design points of the inner and outer panels of the armrest, and introduces the man-machine requirements that the armrest needs to meet in the design process, which can provide a certain reference for the design of the same type of vehicle models; using the finite element analysis software to analyze the strength of a plastic hinge armrest when it is closed and opened, and verify the rationality of the design. Through the analysis results, it can be seen that the design of the armrest meets the requirements of the company's specifications, avoiding the subsequent mold repair costs caused by unreasonable part design.

摘要: 文章介绍了市场上常见的副仪表板后翻式扶手总成的设计,包括扶手总成的组成、材 料的选择、扶手表皮的设计、包括表皮缝线的设计要求、扶手内外板定位及设计要点,并介 绍了扶手在设计过程中需满足的人机要求,可为同类型车型的设计提供一定的参考;最后利 用常用的有限元分析软件,对某一塑料铰链扶手进行关闭及开启时的强度分析,验证设计的 合理性,通过分析结果可知,扶手的设计符合本公司规范要求,避免后续由于零件设计不合 理导致的修模费用。
