Abstract: Vehicle riding comfort is an important index of vehicle chassis performance.Seven-dof vehicle model and road input model are established, a calculation platform for vehicle riding comfort is developed with MATLAB. Based on the development of a light truck, the optimization design of the riding comfort index is completed with this calculation platform, and the calculation result is compared with experimental data and analyzed. The models and results of simulation are verified to be efficient and can be used for chassis development.

摘要: 车辆平顺性是决定车辆底盘性能的重要性能指标之一,文章建立了七自由度车辆模型 和路面激励模型,并以 MATLAB 为工具开发了车辆平顺性设计计算界面平台。以某型纯电动 轻卡研发为例,运用该计算平台完成车辆平顺性指标优化设计,计算结果与实车试验数据对 比,进一步验证了各模型和计算方法的有效性。该计算平台可为车辆底盘性能开发提供支持。
