Abstract: According to the tendency of plastic lift gate application because of lightweight and complicated styling requirement, the lift gate deformation by strut and solution becomes more and more important for the rear end exterior fitting. This paper introduces the analysis case of plastic lift gate deformation in a sport utility vehicle (SUV) project. Through using 3D scanning and clouds technique to achieve analyzing the deformation more accurately, fast and perceptually in product early phase, to guide the deformation issue solution.

摘要: 在后举门轻量化、造型复杂化而采用塑料材质的趋势下,后举门受电撑杆的变形量愈 加成为了后部外饰匹配关注重点。文章介绍了某运动型多功能车(SUV)塑料后举门受电撑 杆变形量的分析案例,运用 3D 扫描技术、点云分析的方法,实现在产品前期准确、快速、直 观地分析后举门受电撑杆变形量,指导问题解决。
