Abstract: Special purpose vehicles have brought great challenges to vehicle noise management and control due to their multiple models, wide functions and complex use scenarios. Through combing China's special-purpose vehicle standards, this paper focuses on the analysis of China's specialpurpose vehicle noise limits and operating noise measurement methods. The current operating noise limits and measurement methods have the characteristics of long standard age, old indicators, and large differences in measurement methods, which do not meet the current market situation and the needs of operation noise management and control. Combined with domestic noise pollution management and the development trend of international automobile noise standards, this paper suggest that relevant domestic institutions should carry out targeted research as soon as possible, formulate unified special-purpose vehicle operating noise limits and measurement method standards in a timely manner, and seize international research hotspots.

摘要: 专用汽车由于车型多、功能广及使用场景复杂的特点,给汽车噪声管控带来了很大的 挑战。论文通过梳理我国专用汽车标准,重点分析我国专用汽车作业噪声限值及作业噪声测 量方法,当前作业噪声限值和测量方法存在标龄长、指标老旧、测量方法差异大的特点,不 满足当前市场现状和作业噪声的管控需要,结合国内噪声污染管理和国际汽车噪声标准发展 趋势,建议国内相关机构尽快开展针对性研究,及时制定统一的专用汽车作业噪声限值及测 量方法标准,抢占国际研究热点。
