Abstract: New requirements for the cultivation of professional talents of colleges has been putted forward in china's new era, In order to improve the quality of talent training, this paper explores the teaching reform of the electric vehicle inspection and repair course based on “post class certificate competition innovation”. First of all, this paper analyzes the situation of the teaching reform, and analyzes the necessity of integrating the course with 1+X certificate and vocational skills competition of vocational colleges and cultivation of students' innovation ability, “post class certificate competition innovation” integrating meet the needs of modern society, and then expounds the specific measures for the reform of teaching content, post courses, content of courses, teaching method, evaluation method and so on, the reform practice has achieved good results, and has certain promotion value.

摘要： 新时代的中国对高职院校专业人才培养提出了新要求，为了提高人才培养质量，文章 以纯电动汽车检修课程为依托进行了基于“岗课证赛创”融合的教学改革与探索。首先对教 学改革前状况进行了分析，并对课程与 1+X 证书、职业院校职业技能大赛、学生创新能力培 养融合的必要性进行分析，“岗课证赛创”融合符合现代社会的需求，然后阐述了在岗位课程、 教学内容、教学方法、评价方式等方面改革的具体措施，改革实践获得了较好的效果，具有 一定推广价值。
