汽车动力总成的故障诊断与维修技术分析

Abstract: In order to adapt to the current high demand of the automobile market, improve the solution speed of the automobile powertrain failure in the manufacturing base, so as to quickly update the automobile models and improve the efficiency of the automobile output. This paper gives a brief overview of the automobile powertrain, and through the introduction of the components of the powertrain in Guiyang Geely manufacturing base, the induction of the types of assembly failures, and the analysis of typical cases, the diagnosis and maintenance process of the powertrain failures in the base, the thinking of functional problem analysis, and the quick win scheme of the powertrain are obtained. Through technical analysis, the paper improves the maintenance efficiency of the diagnosis of the automobile powertrain.

摘要: 为了适应当前高需求的汽车市场,提高制造基地的汽车动力总成故障的解决速度,从 而快速更新汽车车型和提高汽车产出效率,文章通过对汽车动力总成进行简要的概述,并通 过对贵阳吉利制造基地动力总成组成的介绍、总成故障类型的归纳和典型故障案例的分析, 得到了基于制造基地的动力总成故障的诊断维修流程、功能性故障问题的解析思路和动力总 成常见故障的快赢方案。通过技术分析,提高了汽车动力总成的诊断维修效率,从而提高了 汽车的产出效率。
