Abstract: With the implementation of the 25% small offset collision regulations of China-insurance automotive safety index (C-IASI), how to achieve lightweight while improving the collision performance is a common problem and challenge faced by all major Oems. Based on a certain new energy vehicle, this paper finally achieved 25% small-offset collision performance improvement and significant lightweight effect through the application of integral unequal thickness thermoforming door ring. The application of the scheme has a certain reference role for the industry.

摘要: 随着中国保险汽车安全指数(C-IASI)25%小偏置碰撞法规的实施,如何在提升碰撞 性能的同时实现轻量化是各大主机厂共同面临的问题和挑战。文章基于某款新能源车型,通 过应用整体式不等厚热成型门环,最终实现 25%小偏置碰撞性能提升和明显轻量化效果,方 案应用对于行业有一定借鉴和参考作用。
