北京奔驰研发实验室腐蚀检测能力建设 和运行探索

Abstract: In automobile manufacturing, coating corrosion detection has an important application in painting production quality control and metal parts release test. As Beijing Benz car production increased year by year and increase of localization suppliers, the number of corrosion detection tests gradually increased. Through integrating resources, the R&D laboratory is committed to comprehensively improving the coating corrosion detection capability and meeting Daimler recognized standards, therefore, the laboratory undertakes relevant coating corrosion detection tests and provides efficient services for the continuous production in BBAC. In this paper, the localization construction and operation of corrosion detection capability in Beijing Benz R&D laboratory is summarized, and the future work that needs to be improved is prospected.

摘要: 在汽车生产制造中,涂层腐蚀检测在汽车喷漆生产质量监控和金属零部件考核放行中 具有重要应用。随着北京奔驰产量逐年提升以及国产化零件供应商的增加,腐蚀检测试验数 量逐步增加。研发中心实验室通过整合资源,致力于全面提升涂层腐蚀检测能力,达到戴姆 勒认可标准,承担相关涂层腐蚀检测试验,高效及时地服务于公司持续稳定生产。文章对北 京奔驰研发实验室腐蚀检测能力本土化建设和运行工作进行了总结,并对未来需要提升的工 作方面进行了展望。
