某重型柴油机一体式运输支架故障分析及优化

Abstract: In order to solve the engine drop failure of a heavy-duty diesel engine transport support in shipping, the pre-processing software Hypermesh and the finite element analysis software Abaqus are used to complete the model construction and simulation research on the failure parts, and the causes of the engine mount support and transport support falling off are analyzed. The results show that the amount of slip between the transport support and the engine mount support exceeds the limit, resulting in the rupture of the connecting bolt between the mount support and the transport support. In this paper, a new type of integrated transport support is designed for the situation of slip over limit, and the calculation results show that the new scheme meets the design requirements in all aspects.

摘要: 为解决某重型柴油机运输支架在海运中存在的发动机掉落故障,利用前处理软件 Hypermesh 和有限元分析软件 Abaqus 对故障件完成模型构建和仿真研究,分析了发动机悬置 支架与运输支架发生脱落的原因。结果表明,运输支架与发动机悬置支架之间的滑移量超限, 导致悬置支架与运输支架的连接螺栓发生断裂。针对滑移超限的情况,文章设计了一种新型 的一体式运输支架,计算结果表明,新方案成本优于原方案,性能满足设计要求。
