Abstract: The rupture of the clutch diaphragm spring directly leads to the damage of the clutch system, which leads to the outage of the vehicle, and the customer complains a lot. In this paper, through the diaphragm spring failure sample fracture macro analysis, scanning electron microscope (SEM) micro morphology analysis, chemical composition analysis, hardness testing analysis and metallographic and inclusion analysis, and so on, a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the clutch diaphragm spring fracture causes, find the main cause, and then find specific solutions. At the same time, the parameter matching theory of the vehicle clutch system is checked, and the reasons for the failure of the diaphragm spring are analyzed.

摘要: 离合器膜片弹簧断裂直接导致离合系统损坏,致使车辆停运,引起客户抱怨。文章通 过对膜片弹簧失效样件断口进行宏观分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)微观形貌分析、化学成 分分析、硬度检测分析及金相和夹杂物分析等,彻底全面分析导致离合器膜片弹簧断裂的具 体原因,找到要因,然后找到具体的解决措施。同时对整车离合系统进行参数匹配理论校核, 并对膜片弹簧产生故障的原因进行解析。
