Abstract: In this paper, the noise test of a certain type of vehicle alternator is carried out by using the silence chamber, and the LMS software is used to analyze the noise later, and the key level point is found to be 36 orders. According to this order point, the test scheme is established and the test data is analyzed. The main cause of generator stator vibration is determined, and the cause components affecting this order noise are found. Referring to the previous engineering experience, the generator is optimized, and the optimized generator is tested and verified, and finally improved.

摘要: 文章使用静音室对某型车用交流发电机进行噪声试验,并通过 LMS 软件进行后期分 析,找到影响噪声的关键阶次点为 36 阶次。针对该阶次点制定试验方案并对试验数据进行分 析,确定发电机定子振动是产生噪声的主要原因,通过分析找到影响该阶次噪声的成因部件。 参考以往的工程经验,对发电机进行优化设计,并将优化后发电机进行试验验证,最终得以 改善。
