Abstract: The rapid development of electric vehicles has brought opportunities and challenges to the traditional automotive maintenance industry. Compared to traditional fuel vehicles, the transmission system of electric vehicles is composed of motors, batteries, and electronic controls, and has a highly integrated feature. This requires professional electric vehicle maintenance personnel and complete supporting facilities. At present, the contradiction between the rapid increase in the ownership of electric vehicles and the shortage of related supporting facilities in the electric vehicle maintenance industry is becoming increasingly prominent, seriously hindering the healthy development of the automotive maintenance industry's aftermarket. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the development status and existing problems of the electric vehicle maintenance industry, providing theoretical reference for establishing and improving the maintenance system of the electric vehicle industry. This article analyzes the existing problems in the electric vehicle maintenance industry from three aspects: market, maintenance equipment, and talent. Based on the above analysis, it proposes three development suggestions: standardizing the electric vehicle maintenance market, updating the electric vehicle inspection and maintenance equipment, and emphasizing the cultivation of electric vehicle maintenance talent.

摘要: 电动汽车的快速发展给传统汽车维修行业带来了机遇和挑战。与传统燃油车相比,电 动汽车传动系统由电机、电池和电控组成,并且具有高度集成化的特点,这就需要专业的电 动汽车维修人才和完善的配套设施。而目前电动汽车的保有量的快速增加与电动汽车维修行 业相关配套紧缺之间的矛盾日益突出,严重阻碍了汽车维修行业后市场的健康发展,因此有 必要分析电动汽车维修行业的发展现状和存在问题,对建立健全电动汽车行业维修体系提供 理论参考。文章从市场、维修设备和人才三个方面分析了电动汽车维修行业存在的问题,并 基于上述分析从规范电动汽车维修市场、更新电动汽车检测维修设备和注重电动汽车维修人 才的培养三个方面给出发展建议。
