Abstract: In the process of automobile body manufacturing, the total welding technology of body in white is the most important to ensure the quality of the whole vehicle assembly. This paper introduces several forms of flexible assembly of automobile body in white, and emphatically analyzes the application of robot flexible assembly in the total welding line of Nanjing Iveco automobile products, by use of the existing resources and reasonable process layout to improve the production technology level and welding quality of automobile body in white.

摘要: 汽车车身制造过程中,白车身总拼焊装技术是保证整车装配质量的重中之重。文章介 绍了汽车白车身柔性总拼的几种形式,并着重分析了机器人柔性总拼在南京依维柯汽车产品 白车身总焊线上的应用,通过利用现有资源合理工艺布局,提高车身焊装生产工艺水平及车 身焊装质量。
