Abstract: As battery carrier, the quality of battery tray is related to the service life of battery system, the burr and splash generated will impact installation of battery tray and need grinding. This paper mainly analyzes the auto grinding use in the manufacturing process of battery tray, combine with the grinding example and the current status of grinding technology, introduce the automatic grinding station scheme and system composition based on a certain project. From the necessity of the grinding use in battery tray building, the automatic grinding technology use in the grinding process, the layout of the grinding station, etc., it is analyzed to provide reference and guidance for the subsequent battery tray line.

摘要: 电池盒作为电池载体,其质量关乎电池系统的使用寿命,电池盒在制造过程中产生的 毛刺、飞溅会影响电池包的安装,从而需要进行打磨。文章主要针对新能源汽车电池盒在生 产制造过程中运用到的打磨技术进行分析,结合打磨实例以及当下打磨技术的状况,介绍了 基于某项目的自动打磨工位方案、系统组成。从电池盒需要运用打磨的必要性、打磨过程中 运用到的自动打磨技术、打磨工位的布局等方面做出分析,为后续电池盒制造产线提供参考 和指导。
