Abstract: Heavy duty truck air compressor ventilation pipe material, usually using precision colddrawn galvanized seamless steel pipe reprocessing, reprocessing and transportation of the pipe surface coating is easy to be scratched, rust resistance decline, at the same time electroplating passivation process will produce a lot of waste liquid, affecting the environment. Aluminum alloy material itself has a good corrosion resistance, through the bending performance of aluminum alloy seamless pipe, corrosion resistance, sealing, heat resistance and economic and other aspects of the comparative analysis, aluminum alloy seamless pipe meets the requirements of air compressor ventilation pipe, is a good alternative pipe material for air compressor steel pipe.

摘要: 重型载货汽车上的空气压缩机用通气管材料,通常使用精密冷拔镀锌无缝钢管进行再 加工而成,再加工及运输时管材表面镀层易被划伤,防锈能力下降,同时电镀钝化工艺会产 生大量废液,影响环境。铝合金材料自身拥有较好的耐腐蚀能力,通过对铝合金无缝管的折 弯性能、耐腐蚀性、密封性、耐热性和经济性等方面的对比分析,铝合金无缝管满足作为空 气压缩机用通气管的要求,是一种良好的空气压缩机钢管的替用管材。
