Abstract: The optimization design of a certain car's braking system based on the vehicle matching aims to simplify the brake design process while meeting relevant regulations. By integrating the vehicle performance parameters with the design of disc brakes, a design strategy for disc brakes is formulated. Through calculations of the maximum braking torque on each wheel during the braking process and selecting the synchronous adhesion coefficient for the car, the key design parameters and materials for the main components of the disc brakes are determined and verified to comply with the requirements of relevant regulations. Finally, computer aided design (CAD) and UG software are utilized to complete the drawing of main parts and three-dimensional modeling. This optimized the design process of automotive brakes while meeting the requirements of relevant regulations, and lays the foundation for subsequent research on brake noise and other issues.

摘要: 基于某轿车制动系统整车匹配进行优化设计,旨在满足相关法规下,简化制动器设计 过程。通过将整车性能参数与盘式制动器设计有机结合,制定盘式制动器设计策略。通过计 算在制动过程中汽车制动系统各个车轮的最大制动力矩和选定该轿车同步附着系数,确定了 盘式制动器的主要部件关键设计参数和材料,并经计算验证了制动器各项性能均符合相关法 规要求。最后,应用计算机辅助设计(CAD)软件和 UG 软件完成主要零件图的绘制和三维 建模。从而在满足相关法规要求下,优化了汽车制动器设计流程,同时为后续制动噪声等问 题研究奠定基础。
