汽车发动机排气颗粒物测量技术进展

Abstract: Particulate matter from automobile engine exhaust is one of the main sources of air pollution, with high emission concentration and great harm to the environment. Accurate measurement of particulate matter is an important prerequisite for engine emission detection and post-treatment evaluation. Emission standards promote the continuous innovation and application of engine emission control technology, and also promote the development of exhaust particulate measurement technology. At present, the measurement of particulate matter in engine exhaust has shifted from the rough smoke measurement in the past to the more accurate measurement of particulate matter (PM) quality and particle number (PN). The Europe 7 proposal puts forward requirements for the measurement of the quantity of 10 nm ultra-fine particles; The measurement mode is also developing from fixed point and quantitative measurement to online continuous measurement. In this paper, the development of measurement technology for particulate matter in automotive engine exhaust is reviewed. The principle, characteristics and application of several main measurement technology instruments are introduced in terms of smoke, particulate matter quality and particle number, and the future development of non exhaust particulate matter measurement technology is prospected.

摘要: 汽车发动机排气颗粒物是大气污染的主要来源之一,排放浓度高,对环境伤害大,颗 粒物的准确测量是发动机排放检测与后处理评价的重要前提。排放标准促进了发动机排放控 制技术的不断创新和应用,也推动了排气颗粒物测量技术的发展。目前,对发动机排气的颗 粒物测量已经由过去较为粗略的烟度测量转向更为精准的颗粒物(PM)质量以及粒子数量 (PN)的测量,欧七提案中更是对 10 nm 超细粒子数量的测量提出了要求;测量方式也由定 点、定量测量向在线连续测量发展的趋势。文章综述了汽车发动机排气颗粒物测量技术的发 展,从烟度、颗粒物质量和粒子数量等方面重点介绍了主要发展的几种测量技术仪器的原理、 特点和应用状况,并展望了未来非尾气排放颗粒物测量技术发展。
