Abstract: With the deepening of the integration of production and education, the curriculum reform of vocational education has great significance to the training of high-quality technical talents. The curriculum teaching reform of the new energy automobile major in vocational colleges must be guided by the transformation and upgrading of the new energy automobile industry, integrate the rich resources of school enterprise cooperation with the curriculum teaching deeply, and realize the seamless connection between the talent demand of the industrial transformation and the training of high skilled technical talents. Taking the course of "Electric Vehicle Structure and Maintenance" as an example, this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing the curriculum reform under the background of integration of production and education, and puts forward the basic ideas of curriculum reform. From the five aspects of curriculum content reconstruction, threedimensional teaching resource construction, teaching mode innovation, curriculum ideological and political system construction, and evaluation method optimization, carry out the curriculum reform and practice of integration of industry and education, realize the integration of job-coursecompetition-certificate, promote the establishment of a new era school enterprise in-depth integration and collaborative education mechanism, and realize the fundamental task of "building morality and cultivating people".

摘要: 随着产教融合的不断深化,高职专业课程改革对培养高素质技术技能人才具有重要意 义。高职院校新能源汽车专业课程教学改革,必须以新能源汽车产业转型升级为指引,将丰 富校企合作资源与课程教学深度融合,实现产业转型对人才需求与高技术技能人才培养无缝 对接。以纯电动汽车结构与检修课程为例,分析在产教融合背景下,课程教学改革实施的必 要性,提出了课程改革的基本思路,从课程内容重构、立体化教学资源建设、教学模式创新、 课程思政体系构建、评价方法优化五个方面,开展产教融合课程改革和实践,实现岗课赛证 融通,推动建立新时代校企深度融合协同育人机制,实现“立德树人”根本任务。
