Abstract: In the context of the new era, China's new energy vehicle industry has a huge talent gap, and the market has increasingly high requirements for the comprehensive quality of talents, which is not only reflected in the need to have more professional knowledge and skills, but also higher ideological awareness. Taking the professional course new energy vehicle power battery and management system maintenance in higher vocational colleges as an example, this paper combines the professional objectives with the moral education objectives, explores the collaborative education mode, and organically integrates the ideological and political elements of the course into the professional classroom.

摘要： 新时代背景下，我国新能源汽车产业人才缺口巨大，而市场对人才综合素质要求也越 来越高，不仅体现在要具备更专业的知识与技能，同时要有较高的思想觉悟。文章以高职院 校新能源汽车动力电池及管理系统检修专业课程为例，将专业目标与德育目标相结合，探索 协同育人模式，将课程思政元素有机融入专业课堂。
