某轻型商用车驾驶室抖动问题优化

Abstract: In the unloaded state of a light van truck, the cab has obvious forward and backward shaking phenomenon in the speed range of 40~60 km/h. In this paper, the operational modal analysis (OMA) test method is used to analyze the modal frequency, damping, vibration mode, etc., and determine the peak cab shaking frequency. It is determined that there are obvious problems in vibration isolation of cab suspension and suspension on the transmission path, according to the problem points, corresponding optimization samples are made for rectification. The results show that the effect is obvious, and it has reference significance for solving practical engineering problems.

摘要: 针对某轻型厢式卡车空载状态下,在 40~60 km/h 车速区间内,驾驶室存在较明显的 前后抖动现象。文章采用工作模态分析(OMA)试验方法,对模态频率、阻尼、振型等进行 了分析,确定了驾驶室抖动峰值频率。在传递路径上确定了驾驶室悬置和悬架隔振存在较明 显问题,结合问题点,制作对应的优化样件进行整改。从测试结果上看,效果明显,对实际 工程问题的解决具有借鉴意义。
