Abstract: Technical return-to-zero methodology is based on the theory of system engineering and the concept of closed-loop management, so as to effectively analyze the reasons of the failure while avoiding recurrence of the problem. There is an issue with a considerable difference in the fuel consumption of one tractor model after being delivered to customers and during their real usage. We conducted an in-depth analysis by using the technical return-to-zero methodology and pinpointed the cause of the error based on the analyzed results. After theoretically analyzing the failures that create differences in fuel consumption, we put forward improvement measures, validate with sliding tests, fuel consumption tests, ect., and then conduct troubleshooting for other models to prevent a similar issue from recurring in the future.

摘要: 技术归零方法是根据系统工程原理和闭环管理的思想,可以有效地分析故障原因,同 时避免问题重复发生。重卡车辆在交付客户使用过程中,经常会出现多台车油耗差异性较大 的问题。采用技术归零方法可以对油耗问题进行深入分析,根据分析准确定位故障原因。从 理论上分析定位的故障原因后提出改进措施,再通过滑行试验、油耗试验等进行验证,最后 举一反三,避免问题再度发生。
