Abstract: Aiming at the fragmentation of data acquisition and monitoring data in the real concentrating photovoltaic power generation system, which has not been fully applied in new energy vehicles, this paper proposes to design a special data acquisition system by using the visual graphical programming software LabVIEW. The data acquisition system realizes real-time display of monitoring data, review and query of historical data, local storage of collected data, and communication between upper computer and lower computer, and there is a communication interface with the onboard controller area network (CAN), realizes the centralized monitoring and management of geological environment monitoring module, cooling module, inverter grid connection module and inverter grid connection module, which makes the concentrating photovoltaic system have strong expansibility and development. This design promotes the application of clean energy in new energy vehicles.

摘要: 针对现实聚光式光伏发电系统数据采集和监控数据的碎片化现状,且未在新能源汽车 中得到充分应用,文章提出了利用可视化图形化编程软件 LabVIEW 设计出专门的数据采集系 统。该数据采集系统实现了监控数据实时显示、历史数据回顾查询,采集数据本地保存,完 成上位机和下位机通信,并留有与车载控制器局域网络(CAN)通信接口,实现地质环境监 测模块、冷却模块、逆变并网模块以及逆变并网模块的集中监控与管理,使得聚光式光伏系 统软件具有较强的扩展性和开发性。此设计对新能源汽车中的清洁能源应用起到了促进作用。
