Abstract: The state administration of market supervision and administration jointly standardization administration of China the release of the China Automotive Test Cycle Part 1: Light-duty Vehicles (GB/T 38146.1-2019) to meet Chinese special requirements and make the China light-duty vehicle test cycle (CLTC) the only test cycle for the Test Methods for Energy Consumption and Range of Electric Vehicles Part 1: Light-duty Vehicles (GB/T 18386.1-2021) standard test range and energy consumption rate. Because of the CLTC cycle test condition, the actual test value is closer to the user's actual use value. In order to effectively match and meet the CLTC cycle conditions, at the early stage of pure electric range development, this paper describes how to accurately evaluate the battery capacity required by the model development through quantitative and qualitative evaluation, so as to lock the selection of three electric power in advance and save the development cycle and reduce the cost.

摘要: 针对国家市场监督管理总局联合中国国家标准化管理委员会联合发布了满足中国特殊 要求的《中国汽车行驶工况 第一部分:轻型车》(GB/T 38146.1-2019)并将中国轻型汽车 行驶工况(CLTC)作为《电动汽车能量消耗量和续驶里程试验方法 第 1 部分:轻型汽车》 (GB/T 18386.1-2021)标准测试续航里程和能量消耗率的唯一试验循环。因 CLTC 循环测 试工况,其实际工况测试值同用户实际使用值更为贴近。为有效匹配并满足 CLTC 循环工况, 在纯电动续航里程开发初期文章阐述了如何通过定量定性准确的去评估,车型开发时所需要 动力电池带电量时,从而提前锁定三电选型工作同时节约开发周期降低成本。
