A Control Strategy of Timing and Quantitative Charging for Pure Electric Vehicle under All Operating Conditions

Abstract: With the strong support of the state for the development of new energy vehicles and the continuous improvement of consumers' recognition of new energy vehicles, fuel vehicles will gradually withdraw from the historical stage. For pure electric vehicles, charging is an indispensable daily operation. The rational utilization of different prices of valley and peak power will improve the user's experience and bring about a reduction in vehicle costs. In order to solve the complaints of users in the mass production vehicle market in the early stage about the cumbersome steps of setting the timing and quantitative charging (the charging gun must be inserted when setting), this paper proposes a new type of control logic for timing and quantitative charging. The vehicle charging logic is completely arbitrated by vehicle control unit (VCU), which can be set under any working condition, also the operation is simple, and the user is prompted to set the scheduled charging time. Compared with the original policy, the user setting operation is reduced from 6 steps to 1 step.

摘要: 随着国家大力支持新能源汽车产业发展以及消费者对新能源汽车的认可度不断提高, 燃油车将逐渐退出历史舞台,对于纯电动汽车来说,充电是日常必不可少的一项操作,对于 谷电和峰电价格不同的合理利用,将会提高用户的体验感并为用户带来用车成本的下降。为 了解决前期量产车型市场用户抱怨定时定量充电设置步骤繁琐问题(设置必须插枪),文章提 出了一种新型的定时和定量充电控制逻辑,整车充电逻辑完全由整车控制器(VCU)控制, 在任何工况下均可设置,操作简便,并且提示用户已设置预约充电时间。相较于原策略,将 用户设置操作由 6 步减少为 1 步。
