Abstract: In order to solve the problems of discontinuous training objectives, inconsistent curriculum system, and loose connection between the curriculum system and professional standards in the connection training of talents in middle and higher vocational education, the integrated curriculum system of new energy vehicle technology specialty is constructed according to the law of gradual improvement of skills and abilities. Through school-school cooperation, school-enterprise cooperation in the development of resources, the establishment of a mixed teaching team in secondary and higher vocational schools, and the construction of a "four-dimensional, multi-agent" curriculum evaluation system, have effectively guaranteed the comprehensive training of talents.

摘要: 为解决中高职衔接人才培养中存在的培养目标不连续、课程体系不连贯,以及课程体 系设置与职业标准联系不紧密等问题,按照技能逐级递进、能力渐次提升的规律,构建了新 能源汽车技术专业中高职一体化课程体系。通过校校合作、校企合作开发资源,组建中高职 混编教学团队和构建“四维度、多主体”的课程评价体系等措施,有效保障了人才贯通培养。
