Abstract: With the increasing popularity of supercharged engines, the noise problem of superchargers has become increasingly prominent, especially Hiss noise, which has become a key and difficult problem in the industry. In order to solve the problem of Hiss noise of a certain type of engine turbocharger, this paper analyzes the generation mechanism of Hiss noise, identifies components with strong radiated noise through noise transmission path and frequency spectrum analysis, and acoustically wraps the turbine air intake pipe by making manual samples, it has been verified that the scheme is feasible. Finally, by changing the material of the intake pipe, making a quick sample, and verifying that the optimization scheme is feasible again, the Hiss noise can be solved. The research of this paper has important reference significance for solving the practical problems of noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) engineering.

摘要: 随着增压发动机的普及,增压器噪声问题日益突出,尤其是 Hiss 噪声,已成为行业内 重点难点问题。为解决某车型发动机涡轮增压器 Hiss 噪声问题,文章通过对 Hiss 噪声的产生 机理进行分析,通过噪声传递路径及频谱分析识别辐射噪声强的部件,通过制作手工样件对 涡轮进管进行声学包裹,经验证,该方案可行。最后,通过更改进气管材料,制作快速样件, 再次验证优化方案可行,Hiss 噪声得以解决。文章的研究对解决噪声、振动与声振粗糙度 (NVH)工程实际问题有重要参考意义。
