Abstract: When the charging capacity of the power battery of the hybrid electric vehicle is low, the charging capacity of the battery cannot take into account the mode switching speed regulation power generation and energy recovery power generation, and the mode switching during the coasting energy recovery process will cause the vehicle irregularity. To solve this problem, a mode switching control strategy for energy recovery process of hybrid electric vehicle is proposed. According to the real-time information of the vehicle, the mode switching type and the state of energy recovery are identified. The mode switching type is series switching parallel and the vehicle is in the state of energy recovery. By reducing the engine torque to the oil cut-off torque and the speed regulation time of mode switching is extended to reduce the power generation of the generator during the speed regulation process. The results of vehicle calibration test show that the mode switching control method in this study can ensure that the wheel end can recover according to the target recovery torque, and significantly improve the vehicle ride comfort of mode switching during the coasting energy recovery process.

摘要: 混合动力汽车动力电池充电能力低时,电池充电能力无法兼顾模式切换调速发电和能 量回收发电,滑行能量回收过程模式切换会引起整车不平顺。针对此问题,提出一种混合动 力汽车能量回收过程的模式切换控制策略。根据车辆实时信息识别模式切换类型和能量回收 的状态,模式切换类型为串联切换并联并且车辆处于能量回收状态,通过降低发动机扭矩至 断油扭矩和延长模式切换的调速时间,减小调速过程发电机的发电功率。整车标定试验结果 表明,本研究的模式切换控制策略能够保证轮端按照目标回收扭矩进行回收,并显著提升了 滑行能量回收过程模式切换的整车平顺性。
