Abstract: In order to solve the problem of abnormal noise caused by the front axle passing through the deceleration belt of a certain vehicle model and improve the vehicle's impact comfort, a combination of subjective evaluation and objective measurement is used to identify the causes of the abnormal noise and provide empirical guidance for subsequent vehicle development. Firstly, through subjective evaluation of the actual vehicle, identify the potential causes of the abnormal noise. After subjective evaluation and objective measurement through physical modification, it is finally determined that the low engine mounting stiffness is the main reason for the impact noise of the front axle of the vehicle through the speed bumps. The impact noise issue of the speed bumps is resolved through physical optimization of the engine mounting, and improving the front axle impact comfort of the vehicle.

摘要: 为解决某车型前轴过减速坎冲击异响问题,提升车辆冲击舒适性,利用主观评价与客 观测量相结合的方法,排查出异响原因,为后续车型开发提供经验指导。首先,通过实车主 观评价,确认异响的潜在原因。其次,通过实物改制进行主观评价、客观测量,确定发动机 悬置刚度小是该车型前轴过减速坎冲击异响、舒适性差的主要原因。最后通过悬置实物优化, 过减速坎冲击异响问题得到优化,提升了该车型的前轴冲击舒适性。
