Exploration of Production Practice Mode with Integrated Industrial Chain for Vehicle Engineering Major

融合产业链的车辆工程专业生产实习模式探索

Abstract: In order to cultivate the application of theoretical knowledge and the innovation capability for students of vehicle engineering major during the practice teaching, a new production practice mode driven by the university-enterprise joint under industry-teaching integration. The practice model throughout automobile manufacturing industry chain has been established by a close schoolenterprise cooperation. It expands the knowledge chain about automobile manufacture for the students. At the same time, the students' outlook and knowledge are also broadened with the visits of other manufacturing enterprises. The practice in automobile manufacturer, and the suppliers of key part and production facility is integrated and developed into a multifaceted production practice mode with the whole industry chain. Then, the two production practice bases with industry chain has been developed, which are near and far from the university and are located in south and north, respectively. The combination of theory and practice is realized by visit in production line and operation training out production line. Some educations about the workplace freshmen and the entrepreneurship and innovation are introduced into production practice to comprehensively improve the students’ overall quality. The practice of the new production practice mode indicated that students’ major overallqualities, such as hands-on ability and problem-solving ability, have been promoted.

摘要: 围绕车辆工程专业学生专业实践教学中的理论知识运用和创新能力培养,发展产教融 合的校企联合驱动生产实习新模式。通过深入校企合作,构建汽车制造产业链实习体系,积 极拓展学生汽车制造知识链,同时辅以其他制造企业参观,开阔眼界、拓展知识面。逐渐形 成了以整车厂为主,结合关键零部件、关键零部件/设备供货商(厂)的全产业链、多方位生 产实习模式,建立了远近、南北 2 个全产业链的生产实习基地。生产线上参观与线外实操相 配合,实现理论和实际的结合,并在实习中引入新人职场教育及创业创新相关内容,力求全 面提高学生综合素质。生产实习新模式的实践结果表明,学生动手操作能力、解决实际问题 能力等专业综合素养得到了提升。
