Abstract: With the development of the “new four modernizations” of the automobile and constant changes in customer consumption concepts, the automobile service industry is also constantly transforming and upgrading,and the new forces such as Internet+automotive services, sharing trips,O2O (online offline) e-commerce are strongly involved in the automotive aftermarket. The transformation and upgrading of the industry bring new demands for intelligent service and high-end to the automotive aftermarket. The development of the industry is also in urgent need of compound highlevel technical talents who are "capable of marketing, understand planning, fine technology, strong skills, good at operation and management". Facing the new format of automobile service, Hebei University of Science and Technology Engineering adheres to the integration of industry and education, relies on school enterprise cooperation to explore the talent training path in line with the automotive service engineering technology of vocational education undergraduate, cooperates with cooperative enterprises to upgrade the on campus training center, broaden the off campus practical training base, reasonably plan the curriculum system, and build three-level practical projects of curriculum of “curriculum－curriculum group－specialty”, and enrich the content of order classes, broaden the second class and cultivate high-level technical talents who understand theory and practice in practice.

摘要： 随着汽车“新四化”的发展及客户消费观念的不断变化，汽车服务业也在不断地转型 升级，互联网+汽车服务、共享出行、O2O 电商等新兴势力在汽车后市场强力介入。行业的 转型升级对汽车后市场提出服务智能化、高端化的新要求，行业的发展也亟需“能营销、懂 策划，精技术、强技能，擅运营、会管理”的复合型高层次技术技能人才。面对汽车服务新 业态，河北科技工程职业技术大学坚持产教融合，依托校企合作探索符合职教本科层次的汽 车服务工程技术专业人才培养路径，联合合作企业升级校内实训中心、拓宽校外实践基地， 合理规划课程体系，构建“课程－课程群－专业”三级实践项目，丰富订单班内容，拓宽第 二课堂，在实战中培养既懂理论又有实践的高层次技术技能人才。
