Abstract: The two-piece lifting gate is easy to form electrophoretic flow marks at the welding joints of two sheet metal pieces, which affects the appearance quality of the product and increases the cost of manual grinding in the following process. This paper analyzes the mechanism and reasons of electrophoresis flow marks of two-piece lifting gate, and proposes the design requirements of the two-piece lifting gate through the summary analysis of the problem of electrophoretic flow marks, which provides a reference scheme to solve the problem of electrophoretic flow marks.

摘要: 两片式举升门容易在两片钣金焊接缝处形成电泳流痕,影响产品的外观质量,增加后 道工序人工打磨成本。文章分析了两片式举升门电泳流痕形成的机理及原因,通过对两片式 举升门电泳流痕问题的总结分析,提出了两片式举升门的设计要求建议,对解决相关电泳流 痕问题提供了可供参考的方案。
