Abstract: The purpose of this article is to study the compatibility and sensitivity of the flush door glass lifting system with the door sheet metal tolerances, as well as to explore the relationship between various input factors of the door sheet metal tolerances and the glass lifting torque and flushness difference, and the torque and flushness difference values under the limit tolerances. Based on the response surface analysis method in the design of experiment test design, the input factor values are adjusted and the corresponding output data are measured on the independently developed fixture, and the relationship between the relevant door sheet metal dimension factors and the glass lifting torque is analyzed. The conclusion is that in this system, the door cheat has smallest impact on the glass lifting torque, and the tolerance of the waistline opening has the greatest impact on the glass lifting torque. At the same time, the suitable sheet metal tolerance range for this system and the relationship between each input factor and output result are also verified, providing a theoretical basis for the development of subsequent similar structures.

摘要: 论文研究 flush door 车门结构玻璃升降系统对于车门钣金公差的兼容性和敏感度,同时 也为探索车门钣金公差的各个输入因子与玻璃升降力矩和面差之间的关系,以及极限公差下 的力矩和面差值。基于试验设计中响应曲面的分析方法,在独立开发的夹具上调整输入因子 的值和测量对应的输出数据,对相关的车门钣金尺寸因子和玻璃升降力矩之间的关系进行分 析。得出结论,在该系统中,车门预弯量对玻璃升降力矩的影响较小,腰线开口的公差对玻 璃升降力矩影响最大。同时也验证出适合于该系统的钣金公差范围,以及各个输入因子和输 出结果之间的关系式,为后续同类结构的开发提供了理论基础。
