Abstract: Based on the definition of cylindrical gear tooth profile tilt deviation and tooth direction tilt deviation, this thesis analyzes their influence on the comprehensive performance of gears, obtains the calculation method of tooth profile and helix tilt deviation, and studies its engineering application in tool design, reverse mapping and tool sharing calibration. The study shows that the tooth profile tilt deviation and helix tilt deviation have important effects on the mesh imprint and fatigue life of the gears, and the design optimization of the tilt deviation can be used to improve the life and overall performance of cylindrical gears. The calculation of the tilt deviation plays an important role in the design of cutting tools, reverse mapping of gears, and tool checking and verification of cutting tools, and other engineering problems.

摘要: 基于圆柱齿轮齿廓倾斜偏差和齿向倾斜偏差的定义,分析了其对齿轮综合性能的影响, 得到了齿廓和螺旋线倾斜偏差的计算方法,并研究了其在刀具设计、逆向测绘和刀具共用校 核方面的工程应用。研究表明,齿廓倾斜偏差和齿向倾斜偏差对齿轮的啮合印迹、疲劳寿命 等有重要的影响,可以通过设计优化倾斜偏差提升圆柱齿轮副寿命和综合性能。倾斜偏差计 算在刀具设计、齿轮测绘和刀具校核等工程问题中有重要作用。
