Abstract: Starting from the causes and effects of static power consumption of commercial vehicles, the static power consumption of the whole vehicle is controlled by controlling the static current of the whole vehicle. How to effectively control the static power consumption of the whole vehicle is studied from the static current test, symmetry analysis, power distribution and other aspects. The methods to control static power consumption in two stages of design and trial production are summarized. In the whole vehicle design stage, according to the use scenario of electrical appliances, the power distribution is designed and the static current index of each component is formulated. Test and verify the components in the trial production stage, and control the static current of the components through the optimization control strategy to control the static power consumption of the whole vehicle.

摘要: 从商用车整车静态功耗产生的原因及影响出发,通过控制整车静态电流从而控制整车 静态功耗。从整车静态电流测试、对标分析、电源分配等方面研究如何有效控制整车静态功 耗。总结了从设计、试制两个阶段控制静态功耗的方法,在整车设计阶段根据用电器使用场 景,设计电源分配、制定各零部件静态电流指标;在试制阶段测试验证零部件,通过优化控 制策略控制零部件静态电流,从而控制整车静态功耗。
